What happens when you delete
Your account is permanently deleted within 24 hours.
Your active subscription is cancelled — no further charges.
Your Shadow Portfolio, scenarios, watchlist, and rank history are wiped.
Your billing records are kept for 7 years (US tax law requires this).
You cannot restore the account later.
◆ Before you delete: Your subscription auto-cancels. If you've paid for the year and you're deleting mid-year, you forfeit the remaining time. Email billing@getedje.com if you need a prorated refund — we review case-by-case.
◆ If gambling has become a problem for you: Call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org. Check "permanently block" above and we'll make sure you can't come back.
