We collect the minimum we need to run the service. We don't sell your data. We delete your account within 24 hours of a request. Here's exactly what happens with your information.

1. Who we are

EDJE ("we", "us", "EDJE") is operated by STEALTH VENTURES CORPORATION. Contact: privacy@getedje.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Email address (account creation + subscription receipts)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)
• Shadow Portfolio positions and scenario builds you save
• Support messages you send us

Information we collect automatically

• App activity (which markets you viewed, which deep dives you opened) — used to improve the product
• Device identifiers (used only for push notifications you've opted into)
• IP address (used for fraud prevention + geographic analytics; truncated after 30 days)
• Browser type + OS (used for compatibility testing)

What we do NOT collect

• Your actual trades on Kalshi, Polymarket, or any prediction market — we have no access to those venues' data about you
• Precise geolocation
• Health, biometric, political, religious, or sexual-orientation data
• Data from children under 18 — EDJE is not intended for minors

3. How we use your information

• Provide the service (deliver research, run the ensemble, maintain your account)
• Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, service updates)
• Improve our research and models (aggregated and de-identified)
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Who we share with

We share limited data with these service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing (card details and billing address)
• Netlify — hosting and content delivery
• Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Perplexity — the four AI models in our ensemble (prompts are sent, but we strip identifying information before any model call)
• Kalshi + Polymarket — public market odds are mirrored into our site. Your trading activity on those venues is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

• Account data — until you delete your account
• Billing data — 7 years (tax/accounting obligations)
• Logs — 90 days
• IP addresses — truncated after 30 days
• Aggregated/de-identified analytics — indefinitely

6. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can:

• Access your data — email privacy@getedje.com with the subject line "Data Access Request"
• Correct inaccurate data in your account settings or by emailing us
• Delete your account at getedje.com/delete — honored within 24 hours
• Export your data in machine-readable format on request
• Opt out of marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link; transactional emails you cannot opt out of while subscribed)

Residents of California (CCPA), the EU/UK (GDPR), and other jurisdictions have additional rights. We honor all of them. Email privacy@getedje.com.

7. How we protect your data

• TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
• AES-256 encryption at rest
• Role-based access control for employees — only engineers with a specific operational need can access production data, and all access is logged
• Annual third-party security audit
• Breach notification — if we detect a breach affecting your data, you'll hear from us within 72 hours

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the service (session, CSRF). We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use third-party trackers for behavioral advertising.

9. International transfers

EDJE is operated from the United States. If you're in the EU or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfers of your data to the US.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change. Prior versions are archived at getedje.com/privacy-archive.

12. Responsible use

If gambling becomes a problem for you, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org. We will remove any EDJE account on request and permanently block it from re-subscription.
